桃花剑派轻纱落尘舞

桃花剑派的沾衣十八跌,源自少林睡罗汉拳法的一套沾衣功,以四两拔千斤为其精髓。沾衣跌的总诀是:抽身换影,乘势借力,脱化移形,引进落空,避锋藏锐,闪转走化,以斜击正,以横破正,以巧制拙。在实战搏杀中,要抓住稍纵即逝的空当、破绽,将消打并举发劲跌敌。

斜步单鞭

当敌用右拳向我或咽喉击来时,我速用右小臂向左下弧形沉挂敌右肘弯部,一抖即转。接着,用回手掌背、小臂向敌右面、颈部鞭出。同时,上下合劲,将敌向后跌出。要点:沉挂敌肘要及时;斜步单鞭要上下同时发劲。

玉女穿梭

我以右手抽打敌面部右侧,当enemy out hand to intercept, I quickly use left hand from below to insert and lift enemy's right arm, while stepping forward with the left foot to cover enemy's right foot. Then, I pull back my right palm with a slapping motion towards enemy's chest cavity, making the enemy stumble backward.

晾翅弹肘

When the enemy punches me in the waist with their right fist, I swiftly dodge to the side and parry it with my left hand. Then, I step forward with my left leg and press against the inside of enemy's right leg before kicking it outwardly. Simultaneously, I punch them in the face or chest area.

拧腰砸臂

Enemy lunges forward with their right step and uses their right fist to strike my head or body when they do so; however, I swiftly duck under this attack using a shoulder roll technique called "kuang" followed by a swift uppercut that strikes them in an upward direction from below up through their chin region causing them to stumble backwards.

勾腿拍背

As you see your opponent attempting an overhead swing at your head or shoulders using their clenched fists (right), you grab hold of this swinging arm just as they are about ready for impact but instead of trying to block it directly—like how one would typically react—the attacker moves into close range during which time they try grabbing onto your raised arms' wrists while simultaneously extending both hands toward each other forming what looks like two hooks on either side of his own body’s centerline: This is known as 'tuo chang jian'. Now since he has grabbed onto your wrists—his own weapon now being held upside down—you can immediately turn around 180 degrees pivoting off those grabbed wrists thus flipping over him by turning yourself clockwise around him using only these two grabs made possible because he has turned himself upside down due mainly because his entire body was initially rotated around its vertical axis when first attacking you - all without any need for extra strength nor force applied except perhaps some very slight additional twisting pressure put upon said wrist grip(s) if desired but not necessary at all times especially considering safety factors involved within martial arts practice itself!
