四两拔千斤是其精髓所在。沾衣跌的总诀是:抽身换影,乘势借力,脱化移形,引进落空,避锋藏锐,闪转走化,以斜击正,以横破正,以巧制拙。在实战搏杀中,必须抓住稍纵即逝的空当、破绽,牵逼锁靠。消打并举,发劲跌敌。

斜步单鞭 当敌用右拳向我或咽喉击来时,我速用右小臂向左下弧形沉挂敌右肘弯部,一抖即转。接着,用回手掌背、小臂向敌右面、颈部鞭出。要点:沉挂敌肘要及时;斜步单鞭要上下同时发劲。

玉女穿梭 我以右手抽打敌面部右侧,当enemy出手相接时,我速用左手从下穿入向外将enemy的手臂挑开,同时上左步套住enemy的右脚,再抽回右掌以掌心向enemy胸窝抖击,使Enemy后跌出。要点:挑臂要及时;掌击要发抖寸劲。

晾翅弹肘 当Enemy以Right Punch向我腰击打时,我迅速往Right闪,同时用Left Hand将Enemy Punch格开,然后迅速进身,用Left Foot插入Enemy Right Foot内逼住,小腿外绷动 Enemy桩步,同时Left Elbow弹 Enemy使Enemy后侧倾跌。 要点:格挡、上步、肘弹要连贯,要用整劲。

拧腰砸臂 Enemy前上Right Step,同时用Right Fist toward my face strike, I quickly waist right flash, simultaneously bend the waist to left side, till enemy's body behind me, borrow the front push force double arms downward slap and kick down on enemy with upper and lower combined strength, making enemy fall over.

勾腿拍背 When Enemy suddenly use Right Palm from top to bottom hit my head with a chopping motion, I swiftly raise up my right arm to meet it one by one then transfer it into a downward hooking action towards back of Enemy's shoulder area while turning around in mid-air using momentum generated from previous movements.

腹力掀跌 If I can't avoid or dodge when being kicked in the stomach by an opponent who is slightly stronger than me but still has some skill in that department during actual combat situations where quick decisions are required under pressure and time constraints,

野马撞槽 When facing an attack from an opponent using their right fist aimed at my head or neck region, I respond promptly by pressing down on their wrist with my left hand while stepping forward with my right foot which falls onto the back of their right foot simultaneously applying force through both hands and arms as well as shoulders against middle line of opponent's body causing them to stumble backwards.
