武林秘籍招式大全带图洪洞通背拳四大名手实战技法

在遥远的古代,武林中流传着一门深不可测的拳法——洪洞通背拳。这门拳法以其独特的内力运转和外形精妙闻名遐迩。其中,四大名手的实战技法尤为神秘,每一招都蕴含着深厚的修为。

扳手实战技法

(一)扳手—望眉钻—按耳煞脚

1、对方上右步,用右拳冲我心窝,我左脚向左侧闪跨,右脚上于对方右脚侧,右转体90度;左掌下扳其右手腕,右拳抱于右腰间(图1)。

2、我右拳拳心朝上,直冲对方面部(图2)。

3、我右脚稍上步,脚尖里扣,同时左手向左列对方右手腕后拉,右手收回,手掌前伸横击对方耳根,使其受击并倾倒(图3)。

要点:1动,闪进对方-right-侧边形成顺他背之势。2、3动,一气呵成。

(二)扳-hand,白虎洗脸—左右连环掌—推胸掌

1、对方上Right-step,用Right-punch向我劈来,我Up-left-step,用Left-palm down 扳 its Right-punch, Right-palm拍打它Face部(图4)。

2、中间I Right-palm扫面Its Left ear根,然后从下捋Its Right arm, Left palm扫面Its right ear根(图5).

3、中间I left-foot slightly forward step, left hand toward Its wrist 扳 it arm; Right palm suddenly push It down making it fall over (Graph 6).

要点: 1 move, right palm slap face must have cold power. Hand fingers like whip hitting object. 2 moves, right-left open palms must be fast and connected. 3 moves, push chest palm must include hidden strength.

(三)扳-hand迎门踩 — 横拦肘

1., 对方Right-step in front of me with a punch to my heart; I use left hand to grab its wrist while kicking the inner side of its shin bone with my right foot (Picture).

2., My right foot steps forward and toes inward kick while my elbow strikes from the side to make them stumble (Picture).

要点: Both moves are quick and connected.

(四)扳-hand甩掌 — 推心掌

1., Opponent takes a step forward with their right leg and punches towards me or punches towards my face; I use my left hand to grab their wrist while using my right palm to hit their face from above (Figure).

2., Opponent blocks with their upraised left hand against my incoming strike; I turn around quickly as if using that motion for leverage before pushing their chest with both hands.

要点: The first move is like whipping an opponent's face softly but has cold power. The second move is simultaneous in order for the two actions to happen at once.

(五)扳-hand火焰钻心 — 当头炮

1., Opponent uses a hooking punch aimed at me's head or body; I use one hand below the opponent's wrist before stepping back up on one foot and striking upwards into the opponent's head.

2., When they block this attack by raising one arm across us both - after this action turns upper body & strikes another blow downwards aiming at shoulder area - then further attacking them by swinging an uppercut from behind which hits there jawline & knocks out enemy.

Note: From now onwards "punch" will be shortened as "p".

The key point here is that we need not worry about any physical limitations when performing these techniques because we're talking about real martial arts here! So go ahead try some of these out yourself.

So remember practice makes perfect so keep practicing your technique until you feel comfortable performing all four main fighting styles.

Remember always train safely so don't hurt anyone else during training sessions.
