40、缠手推掌
左腿向右脚后插步,右勾手变掌以腕为轴外缠绕一周变拳。回收腰间,同时左掌向前推出,掌指朝上,目视前方(图47)。
要求:推掌力达掌外沿,快速有力。
41、里合外摆腿
左腿向前上步,身体左转,右腿向里弧形直膝摆踢,与左掌心相击响。接着右腿落地,左脚向外弧形直膝摆踢,与右手相击响。目视腿方(图48、49)。
要求:连环里合外摆腿转体360度,一击准确。
42、击掌蹬腿
双脚并行同时双 palms从体侧到面前直臂交叉击打,然后收回到腰间,以拳心朝上的姿态蹬出一记正面的半圆足尖冲撞。目视前方(图50,51)。
要求:每次的力量要集中在拳心和足尖之中。
43、弓步双推掌
身体转身成弓步姿势时,用双 palms从腰间伸展出来,每个手指都指向天空,以力的形式接触着空气与对立方向的敌人。
要求:动作需保持同步且充满力量。
弓步架栽拳
用身体旋转180度进入另一边的弓步同时将两只hands改为fists,从下往上横放于头顶旁边,而另一只fist则从上往下安置在膝盖之上。
要求:动作必须是协调而流畅,如同自然之物般进行。
弹发冲锋术
开始时将left arm伸出去形成一个保护性的挡牌,而right fist则被收回至腰部,并准备发射。而此时body会微微倾斜以便更好地发挥force。
要求: force应集中在punch face和shoulder spine之间,将energy有效释放出去。

Right leg falls into a left stance, while the right fist moves up to block and press down on the opponent's wrist from above with the palm facing downward.
The left foot steps forward and upwards, with the toes pointing outward as it bends into a half-squat position.
At this moment, both fists change into open palms that are facing each other and move back towards the waist area.
Next, the right leg swings horizontally outwards in front of you before landing softly on one knee.
As this happens, both hands change back into fists again but now they're facing downwards.
Finally, use your body weight to push off from your planted foot and jump up high using only your legs' strength without any help from your arms or upper body.
